Two-Family Dwellings and Apartment Buildings.
A Team Project

You have been contracted as an architect to design the site layout and the building design for two properties on Belt Drive East, Central Islip, NY – indicated on the tax map segment below. The tax lot numbers are 3.32 and 3.33.

 

Tax Lot 3.32 = 6.9 Acres Tax Lot 3.33 = 15.67 Acres

 

These sites have been rezoned – PDDSC and PDDMF to CA. Each site is to have a mixture of two-family dwellings (2,300 SF per dwelling) and two apartment buildings - each with 10 apartments at 1,200 SF each.
